I offer the best in Martial Arts and Strength and Conditioning to create bespoke martial arts and fitness programs for clients and businesses.

I have over 25 years experience in the martial arts and real life self protection experience. I am an Instructor in Jeet Kune Do Concepts and Filipino Martial Arts under Guro's Dan Inosanto, Rick Faye, Daniel Lonero and Michael Wright. A self protection instructor under Mr Michael Wright, a kettlebell coach under Steve Maxwell, a Level 2 Coach in Martin Rooney's Training For Warriors strength and conditioning system, a blue belt in Gracie Jiu Jitsu and I also hold a sports coaching degree.

As a busy personal trainer and martial arts instructor, I have become proficient in the most time efficient ways of keeping fighting fit without spending hours a day in the gym! I utilise this knowledge to help my clients achieve their goals and provide enjoyable and effective training sessions. Whether it’s Jeet Kune Do training, Self Protection or a strength and conditioning workout, the focus is 100% on you and there’s no time wasted waiting for equipment and your progression rate will be much faster!
